How is this different from a chatbot?
BlackBay answers only from the knowledge you approve. When it is not
certain, it escalates to your team with full context instead of guessing -

How long does deployment take?

the knowledge base, and go live. Self-hosted installs are delivered as a
packaged deployment.
Who owns the data, and which AI model runs it?
You do. The platform runs on your own OpenAI account (BYOK), and the
